To Cancel Service, Cancel Your Contract's Auto Renew

If you want to cancel your business phone or internet service, make sure you contact your telecom provider's customer care department early and often to notify them that you do not want your contract to auto renewed.  For documentation, get confirmation of that request in written or email format.
